Benefit party Y-care

Because of the 2-year anniversary, Y-care is organizing the Benefit party 'African Summerjam'. The night is for everyone who wants to support the activities of Y-care for the street children in Cape Town (South Africa).

Black Star Foundation is also present! Black Star Sound ft. DJ Den-Den will come and play some nice reggae tunes and the Ghanaian reggae singer Black Prophet will do a show with the band DreddaYoutz from Amsterdam. DreddaYouthz is a group of young people who live in the 'Vogelwijk-area' in Amsterdam North. In their lyrics they talk about the problems in the mainly 'black' area where they live. See DreddaYouthz for more information.
