Almere has developed to a multicultural town with Africans, Antillians and Surinam people. The organization of the Festival Afrique-Carib wants to create a musical stage where different people can interact and share information and experiences with each other.

Off course Black Star Foundation wants to cooperate! Because Nasio Fontaine (Dominica) cancelled his show, Black Star Foundation found the great Anthony B (Jamaica) to replace him! Besides all the different performances, there will be dialogues, workshops and a festival market.
